Return & Exchange Policy

1. Love It, Or Return It

We want every delivery to feel right. If something isn’t quite your match, you’re welcome to return it within 30 days, provided it’s unused and in its original, unopened packaging.

For lingerie and wearable items, returns are accepted only if unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

Approved returns are issued as a store gift card for the item’s value. You simply cover the return postage, and your gift card will be ready when you are, with no expiry.

2. Faulty Item? We’ll Make It Right

If something arrives faulty or stops working as it should, email us a clear photo or video within 30 days of purchase, and we will promptly:

- Replace your item with free shipping, or

- Issue a full refund if an equivalent replacement isn’t available.

Genuine defects are covered fully. Misuse or physical damage isn’t covered.

3. Quick Checks Before You Reach Out

A surprising number of issues are simple fixes. Before you email:

- Try fresh, standard batteries and ensure they’re inserted correctly.

- Make sure battery compartments are fully sealed (this also supports water-resistance).

- Hold the power button for a few seconds; many products use a “press and hold” start.

If it still isn’t right, contact us, and we’ll take care of it.
